  • Once a quote request is submitted, one of our charter experts will be returning with multiple options that will match your itinerary. To book your charter, all you have to do is notify us and we will confirm availability and issue a contract for your signature. The quicker the better to ensure you get the option you want.

  • An empty leg is a segment where the aircraft is repositioning with no passengers on board. Empty legs are a great opportunity to get a rock bottom price to charter a private jet.

  • This varies between carriers but standard snacks and refreshments are included in the price of the charter. You can expect teas, coffees, soft drinks and dry snacks on board a standard flight. If you desire special catering, AVIATIONX can accommodate most request big or small with enough lead time.

  • Yes, pets can travel with you. There are a few carriers with restrictions but we will be sure to note when presenting options. Please make sure their documents are up-to-date and they can enjoy the private jet experience right along with you.

  • Each aircraft has different luggage allowances so we will have to discuss further once we start narrowing options. You may also need to upgrade if carrying things like golf clubs, skis or other oversized items. If traveling with a gun, you will need to provide a license and the gun and ammunition must be kept separate. It is then at the captain’s decision whether it can be on board.

  • Yes, and the wheelchair can be stored in the cabin storage area, making it conveniently accessible. The private jet boarding process is simple for people in wheelchairs as users will be driven directly to the steps of the aircraft with any other passengers. A ramp is then in place for the wheelchair to be pushed up the plane. Increased leg room, more comfortable seating and private amenities will make the flight much more comfortable.

  • Depends. Many of the aircraft in the charter market are equipped with WiFi as this amenity is in high demand; however, it is not guaranteed. If this is something you wish to have, please notify us and we will find the best option with WiFi.

  • Yes, interior configurations and amenities differ depending on the type and size of aircraft but the majority of private jets have some sort of bathroom accommodations.

  • A flight attendant will be included on any private jet with 10 or more seats. If you would like for a flight attendant to be included on a smaller aircraft, there is generally an additional charge.

  • Charters typically go through the FBO (Fixed-Base Operator) which is essentially a private terminal. We will give you the finer details leading up to the departure date. Smaller airports will only have one FBO, while other larger airports can have several giving you a choice of which service you’d prefer to use.

  • Typically, your departure time is flexible. Please notify us if you are running ahead or behind so we can keep the pilots and crew prepared for your arrival.

  • There should be no issue as long as the requested adjustments fit into the carriers schedule and the hours of operation at the airport. For last-minute trip changes, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate.
